Our Story

Italian Tradition. Chophouse Spirit.

Amore Italian Chophouse is where the warmth and tradition of Italian cooking meet the bold spirit of a modern American chophouse.

Created by local restaurateur Kyle Greene as one of his most ambitious culinary concepts, Amore brings together classic Italian and Mediterranean influences, premium steaks, fresh seafood, house-made pasta, and wood-fired pizza in a setting that is as distinctive as the food.

Located in Port St. Lucie beneath the iconic 73-foot Heart in the Park sculpture, Amore was designed to be more than a restaurant. It is a place for lingering dinners, celebratory occasions, romantic evenings, and memorable nights out.

Made From Scratch. Made to Be Shared.

At the heart of Amore is a menu built around craftsmanship and familiar flavors with a modern point of view. Fresh pasta and pizza are made in-house, while prime cuts, seafood, and classic Italian-American favorites are prepared with the same attention to quality and detail.

The menu is intentionally broad enough to make every visit different — whether you're sharing pasta and pizza with friends, settling in for a steak and wine, or making a special evening of dinner and cocktails.

An Experience Unlike Any Other

Amore brings a sense of occasion without losing the warmth that makes Italian dining so inviting. The atmosphere is modern and rustic, the food is ambitious yet approachable, and the experience is designed around gathering together.

From an intimate date night to an impressive business dinner or a celebration with family and friends, Amore offers a place to slow down, share good food, and enjoy the people around the table.

This is Italian dining with a chophouse edge — created for Port St. Lucie and inspired by the traditions that make food worth gathering around.

Come hungry. Stay awhile. Make it Amore.
